This month for a change it has not one but two articles of interest to we ancients. One on the foundation of the Praetorians and one on Kalkreise.

Any chance that they posted something about it on the web and that you might have a link?

Yes please! I've tried to find them on the net before, but no luck!

Military Illustrated - Graham Sumner - 08-03-2006

Hi

I do not think they have any web page or email contacts etc... only post, telephone and fax contacts.

They are:
Military Illustrated
7 John Street
London WC1N 2ES
Tel 0870 870 2345
Fax 0870 870 0385

North American subscription is available via
[email protected]

The Praetorian article in the August issue 219 was by Ross Cowan and I provided a reconstruction painting of one of Caesar's Centurions.

Hope this helps

Graham.

One to try and get tomorrow, then.

Hmmm, the article about the praetorian guard would interest me too...
